Hello,
We recently purchased a PLIM Swiss Roadie Balance/Run bike from your company for our son's 2 year birthday.
He was unable to get the hang of using the pedals on the tricycle that he has had for over 4 months, but within a week he is riding like a pro on the balance bike. The balancing skills that he is learning on the PLIM will be great for moving him to a regular bicycle in a few years.
We wanted to let you know how much fun he is having with it - when it is cold and he cannot go outside, he is running circles around the house with it!

They were having a 30% sale on everything so their prices were actually better than all other online stores I saw. Also the chat online function was great. The gal Jessica helped me tremendously and was very courteous. I'm glad I got her back when my internet access dropped for a minute!
